"Helping Youth Service Organizations Achieve Their Mission" The Minnesota Youth Intervention Programs Association (YIPA) has been serving the needs of youth service providers since 1978.
YIPA's mission is to provide: - training and professional development opportunities for youth service professionals
- program development opportunities and educational products for youth serving agencies
- collaboration, networking and advocacy for early intervention youth service organizations in Minnesota
- a voice for the youth of Minnesota.
Over the years YIPA has evolved to meet the needs of its growing diverse membership; however, the focus of the mission has not changed. Today more quality trainings, conferences, networking, collaboration and professional development opportunities are being provided by YIPA than at any time in its past history. The direct services YIPA offers youth serving organizations helps them achieve their missions of providing quality, professional programming to youth and their families.
YIPA is currently comprised of over 50 youth service organizations throughout the state of Minnesota.
YIPA's membership is open to those interested in early intervention youth services. There are various levels of membership that can meet the needs of organizations, businesses, and individuals. The larger the YIPA membership, the stronger YIPA's voice will be. If YOU are a believer in early intervention youth services YIPA is your association. We welcome your inquiries to join. Feel free to check out the Membership Application section of this web site or call the YIPA Membership Coordinator, Christine Klejbuk, at 651-699-5638. |
