As a YIPA member you will receive:
- The satisfaction of knowing that you are a member of the only statewide organization advocating for youth intervention services. There are many ways for you to learn more about youth intervention services and the best practices in the profession while also being part of a collective voice shaping public policy in this area.
- Opportunities for youth service professionals to connect with each other through meetings, projects, committee involvement and social media.
- Free or reduced registration fees for YIPA training/professional development opportunities. While our quarterly membership meetings and trainings are held in the greater Twin Cities area, YIPA provides affordable, quality professional development trainings around the State. For organizational members, every staff, board member and volunteer can attend YIPA trainings/conferences at the discounted YIPA rate. If the training is not free to YIPA members, on average, YIPA members receive a 25% to 30% price reduction to the registration fee.
- Reduced fees for exhibitor tables at the various YIPA conferences.
- The benefit of research that documents the social and financial value of youth intervention services in our communities.
- Information about your organization on YIPA's "Find Services Now" section on the public website.
- Twice-monthly E-Newsletter with timely information on upcoming events, trainings, funding opportunities and membership news.
- Coordinated, professional advocacy about youth intervention with our State legislators. Information, support and events for you to learn and be an advocate for youth intervention services at the Capitol. This includes: periodic legislative updates and "calls for action", participation in the annual Capitol Day for Youth, and skills training to help you sharpen your message to legislators.
- Free job postings on the YIPA website and notification of new job postings on the YIPA website.
- Educational products for youth serving professionals and parents. These award winning educational products are provided at a reduced price to YIPA members.
- Tools and training to help members be comfortable in working with media about the value of youth intervention services. As a member you can nominate someone (or an organization) to receive YIPA's annual Friends of Youth Leadership award; our award to publicly thank those who have done much to support youth intervention services.

- Associate Membership 100+ employees = $300.00
- Associate Less than 100 employees = $200.00
- Allied Businesses, professional orgs, foundations = $100.00
