ENHANCED LEADERSHIP THROUGH GROUP COACHING
In this rapidly changing nonprofit environment, leadership skills are needed more than ever. These skills are the only way to successfully navigate ever increasing deadlines, financial pressures and the need to do more with less staff. You need effective leadership skills and YIPA has the training you want. YIPA has purposely designed this leadership skills development opportunity to be time efficient and cost effective for you.
In the convenience of your own office via conference calls and shared computer screens, a certified leadership coach will be meeting with you for five consecutive weeks. During these five weeks you will be identifying ways to develop your organization that enhances the leadership potential, work performance and satisfaction of your employees. You will also be tapping into your own undiscovered talents and underutilized strengths. The end result will be your organization becoming a more efficient, effective and thriving workplace.
This coaching opportunity utilizes the DiSC Preview®, a personal assessment tool that identifies employee’s preferred behavioral styles. The results are used to enhance understanding of one self and others, improve communication skills and team effectiveness and to decrease/resolve workplace conflict.
