ANALYZING THE BULLY

What makes a bully be a bully? What conditions and variables are in place that makes him/her think it's okay to harass others? If we really want to stop the epidemic that is literally taking the lives of our youth, we need to get beyond treating the symptoms of the bully's behavior. We need to look at the source of the problem. If you are serious about stopping bullying, this is the training you should attend.

Perhaps the most unique workshop you will ever experience, it begins with a 50 minute play, Analyzing the Bully, presented by the all youth cast of the award winning blank slate theatre. You will then have an opportunity to ask questions of the youth as well hear about the latest research regarding the bully from the blank slate eexecutive artistic director, Adam Arnold, MA, LMFT, LADC, who is a licensed psychotherapist.

Blank slate theatre collaborates with young artists in producing and performing dramatic words speaking to issues relating to and impacting young persons today. Analyzing the Bully was written by youth.

Here's a snippet from Analyzing the Bully’s show bill: "Just what is going on in the brain of a bully? Join Dr. Harrison, Dr. Bruntsworth, and Dr. Lincoln as they present their assessment, findings and treatment plan for a real-life, actual, flesh and blood bully (gasp!). Further scientific recommendations for eliminating all bullies from planet earth will be given in this one-act presentation."
