GETTING PAST YOUTH'S SELF-SABOTAGING BEHAVIORS (ENCORE EDITION)

You see it happen all too often, just when there are positive signs of change the bottom inexplicably falls out. It is devastating to see all the progress revert backwards so quickly. But it’s clear; many youth simply have trouble escaping their deeply anchored self-perceived course of destiny.

Focusing on what is wrong, fear of what might happen, or feeling they have no value and that they are not entitled to be happy are factors that prevent youth from making progress. This workshop will help you identify signs of self-sabotaging behaviors and give you the tools that you need to proactively address them and find ways to help youth overcome their self-defeating behaviors.
